In addition to a wonderful dinner catered by Ivy Road Catering, there will also be period dancing and a period gift exchange. This is THE ECWSA event in Texas to catch this year. Site Facilities The event will be held at the rustic dining hall at Buescher State Park in Smithville, Texas Orders of the Daye Ivy Road Catering will be providing us with a sumptuous feast: Field Greens Salad with light vinaigrette dressing Dressing, French Onion Soup in a Parmesan Bread Bowl, Prime Rib with Rosemary Potatoes, Fresh Seasonal Vegetables and Burgundy Mushrooms Wassail Coffee and Spiced Cider and Bread Pudding for dessert Period Dancing: Hit or Misse, Hearts' Ease, Greenwood and Half-Hannikan Dance lessons to be held prior to the event by Dance Mistress Whitney Rowlett.
