This is a recruiting event for the Texas area. If you have any kit items, pictures, equipment, books, etc. please bring them.

Site Facilities
The event will be held in a private room at Steak and Ale. We should have a nice, quiet environment in which to conduct the presentation.

Orders of the Daye
We will be setting up a display of period clothing, photos, books, weapons, equipment and other kit items. There should also be a PowerPoint presentation running during the reception. Please bring what ever you can for the display.

Schedule
Reception starts at 2:30 PM
Presentation starts at 3:00 PM
Event ends at 5:00 PM

Attire
Nice Casual
NO PERIOD CLOTHING, PLEASE!

Directions
(Highly recommended to also use a road map)

From I-35 and 183 in Austin
Go west on 183 to the Burnet Exit.
Take the Burnet Exit and go south on Burnet to Anderson Lane.
Make a left on Anderson Lane and immeadiately get into the far right lane.
Steak and Ale will be on the right hand side just past the Texaco.
