The Free Artillerie Company (FAC) will sponsor a School of the Soldier
in this annual pre-1840 primitive period encampment and shooting event.
Camp life to be maintained from set up till teardown. Drilling and tactical
live fire exhibitions. Bring your victuals; port potties are on site
and some fallen firewood. Juried event with entities that have shooting
insurance. Potential new members welcome (contact POC prior to event).
Small fee to cover port-a-potties may be levied; shooters provide own
powder, ball, etc. Setup is on the 27th. Come have some fun and enjoy
camp life and camaraderie!

This is the largest area Scottish Games and our attendance is
centrol to portray 17th century life (a Montrose Army tradition
for 10+ years!) Drilling, impromptu demos, interactions and processions
for recruitment purposes. A "Walk Through History" public
demo is held daily. New members are very welcomed to attend this
event (contact ECWSA POC prior to event). Set-up Friday night. Public

to present - on large, nice site (historical Coast Defense fort on
high bluff overlooking the Pacific.) Seventeenth century presence
will be Col. John Hampden's Regt. of Foot (ECWSA) and Montrose's Free
Artillerie Company (ECWSA). Overnight camping permitted, cooking permitted;
